The easiest visitor product. Stocked lakes provide tackle, guides and known target species, often within reach of Bangkok or major tourist centres.
Reservoir fishing

River fishing
The Mekong and regional rivers are more specialist. Local knowledge, changing water levels and regulations matter far more than simply choosing a pin on a map.
