Chris Hemsworth welcomes Rodtang to Extraction 3 set in Thailand

Chris Hemsworth has welcomed Thai Muay Thai star Rodtang Jitmuangnon to the set of Extraction 3 in Thailand, sharing a photograph of their meeting and thanking the fighter for a personalised gift.
The encounter was reported by Khaosod English from Ratchaburi on 20 October. Rodtang first posted a video showing himself meeting and embracing the Australian actor, who later shared a photograph of the pair on Instagram.
A welcome from ‘Thor’
Hemsworth, best known for playing Thor in the Marvel films, praised Rodtang in the caption accompanying his post.
“Honoured to have Muay Thai legend @rodtang_jimungnon visit us on the Extraction 3 set today !” he wrote.
The 43-year-old actor’s Instagram account has more than 58 million followers, giving the meeting between the Hollywood action star and the Thai fighter a substantial potential audience.
Signed gloves for the trophy room
Rodtang brought Hemsworth a specially made, signed pair of boxing gloves. The actor thanked him for the present and said it would have a place in his trophy room.
“All class, absolute champion 🙏👊 thanks for the personalised gloves, straight to the trophy room!” Hemsworth wrote.
The posts captured a friendly meeting between two prominent figures in action cinema and Thai combat sports, with Rodtang visiting Hemsworth at work on the latest Extraction film.
