Pound dried chillies, shallots, garlic and shrimp paste.

Fry paste
Cook paste in oil until fragrant.

Add minced pork and stir until no longer pink.

Cook until tomatoes collapse into a thick sauce.

Season with fish sauce and sugar; serve with vegetables.
